Surveillance can be tricky. I was delaying hiring a private investigator for a while. But, eventually I realized that the surveillance had to be completed. I enjoyed talking directly to Mitch and I thought it was a plus that he was actually the one performing the surveillance. It was also helpful that Unum is licensed in both New York and Connecticut along with New Jersey because the situation I needed handled involved all three states. Unum was the easy choice.

Not the lowest cost option, but I felt using Unum for my issue was very much worth it and a wise investment. Sometimes a little more money spent upfront leads to less wasteful expenditures in the long run.

Very very very highly recommend Unum if you need surveillance done for any reason. I had a civil court matter and Mitch really helped me with what I had going on. He was super professional and in contact with me whenever necessary. His process was also really straightforward and easy and he had no problem providing me with proof of his liability insurance or permits which put me even more at ease.

Forget about the larger companies. They don’t really know your file. If you want individualized client focused surveillance service, use Unum. I’ve used Mitch several times. Great experience each time.
